If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right. Our returns and exchanges process is designed to be as straightforward as a well-cast line.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of your receipt of the order. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
- Fish Care products (e.g., medications, chemicals)
- Any items from the Clearance section (these are final sale items)
- Any used, damaged, or altered products or products without their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to get the process started:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send us a return/exchange request using the template provided below. Email it to [email protected].
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and, once approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship It Back: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refund Timelines and Methods
We want you to have your funds back as quickly as possible.
- Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for us to process it. The timing of your refund then depends on your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed to your original card. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account. This is usually the fastest method, with funds typically appearing within 24-48 hours.
- Original Shipping Costs: Please note that the original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
