Please Note: We ship globally! However, delivery to parts of Asia and certain remote regions may be unavailable or subject to delays.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the performance of every Bladed Jig, Casting Rod, and spool of Braided Line we sell. If your new gear doesn’t live up to the hype, we’ll gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of you receiving your order.
⚠️ What Can’t Be Returned?
For the safety of our entire fishing community and due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Fish Care products (e.g., medications, chemicals).
- Any item from our Clearance section (these are final sale items).
- Any used, damaged, or altered products, or items without their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Just follow these simple steps—it’s as easy as reeling in a lazy bass.
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send us a return/exchange request using the template below. Email it to [email protected].
- Wait for Approval: Our crew will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not send anything back without an RMA.
- Ship It Back: Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship your return to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines & Methods
We know you want your funds back fast to restock your tackle box. Here’s the breakdown:
- Processing: Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for us to process it.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed to your original card. It may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account. This is usually the fastest method, with funds typically appearing within 24-48 hours.
Please note: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item out.
