• Carrier: EMS
• Availability: Automatically applied to all orders over $50
• Transit Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please Note: We ship globally! However, delivery to parts of Asia and certain remote regions may be unavailable or subject to delays. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the performance of every product we sell. If your new gear doesn’t live up to the hype, we’ll gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of our entire fishing community and due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Fish Care products (e.g., medications, chemicals)
• Any item from our Clearance section (these are final sale items)
• Any used, damaged, or altered products, or items without their original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send us a return/exchange request to [email protected] using the provided template
2. Wait for Approval: Our crew will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
3. Ship It Back: Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship your return to the address we provide

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines & Methods

We know you want your funds back fast to restock your tackle box. Here’s the breakdown:

• Processing: Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for us to process it
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed to your original card. It may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
• PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account. This is usually the fastest method, with funds typically appearing within 24-48 hours

Please note: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item out.
